If we receive your order between Monday and Friday before 11:00 a.m. CET, we’ll dispatch it the very same business day.
If we receive it after 11:00 a.m. CET, it’ll be sent out the following business day.

Unfortunately, unexpected delays can occur on the courier’s end. However, we’re not able to control this and aren’t able to take responsibility for these longer waits. We will however try to inform you if we are made aware of any delays.

No. In order to be as efficient as possible with incoming orders we have hired a fullfilment center which makes the whole shipping process highly efficient and should ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible and without any delays.

Shipping costs are usually not included in the price of the product. At checkout the cost will be added, based on the country that the product will be delivered to.

KAPITAN is not responsible for possible delays that may occur due to customs, nor for duty and other customs charges that each country may impose on imported products.

If the customer does not collect the order when it is in customs, he/she will pay for the expenses generated by the return of the order to our warehouses, which will be deducted from the amount of the return of your purchase.
