You can return any item purchased in the KAPITAN online shop by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. It is not necessary for the item to arrive within this 14-day period — simply letting us know your intention to return is enough to initiate the process. Please ensure that returned items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with packaging and labels in their original condition. If the quality of the returned goods is compromised, we reserve the right to adjust the refund accordingly.

- Step 1: Select the item(s) you wish to return and place it inside the box.
- Step 2: We recommend you return your items using the packaging in which your order was delivered. If you’re unable to do this, please find a plain, unmarked card box that ensures that the return will arrive undamaged.
- Step 3: If there are any pre-existing shipping labels or stickers on the box, please remove them.
- Step 4: Seal the box and label it properly.
- Step 5: Take your package to a post office. Please keep the postal receipt until you receive an email informing you that the return has been received at our warehouse.
We currently do not offer free shipping on products or returns. Together with our community, we want to support more responsible purchasing decisions and this is a small stepping stone in that direction. Therefore if you request a refund, only the products you return will be refunded. Initial shipping and/or return shipping costs will be deduced from your refund.
You will receive your refund through the same payment method/ account you used to place the order.
Currently we are unable to offer an exchange service. Should you wish to receive an item in another colour or size, please return the unsuitable item for a refund, and place a new order for the alternative item.
